(24/02/09) edit: finally a scan from the print!

the category of this deviation was inflicted by the subject, Simon, himself
Simon, a guy that I met while walking/lost in the streets of London
he saw me with my camera and asked if I was a photojournalist I said no, but he asked me to take him pictures shoving a piece of paper in a hole
he was pretty drunk. a pretty funny and nice guy though

"hey! do you have your camera ready? lens cap off? okay, here we go!" - Simon

I'd say you definitely score on vision and originality. These photojourn/street shots of people often tend to be rare shots considering how strangers usually refuse pictures at the sight of a camera. You certainly had luck on your side to be approached by a stranger to take a photo of him!

It was no doubt a brilliant shot to have captured this spontaneous moment of Simon while he was rolling up the paper and giving a half glance at the camera. It's that queer moment in photojournalists that lead to capturing absolutely random but impressive moments instead of waiting for it to happen.

What could be improved here?
Well, the story did mention about Simon shoving the paper in a hole. I don't really see the hole here, so it'll be hard to complete the story with the visual. Perhaps the shot with the hole, or Simon actually shoving the paper in the hole would have brought a fuller picture to the story.
